Contact-form data is retained for no more than two years to answer and follow up your request. Technical logs and preference data are kept only as long as needed for their stated purposes; data subject to legal obligations is retained for the periods required by applicable law.
7. Your rights as a data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction where the KVKK conditions are met
- Object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
