Add a villa from a link: property link import

Adding a new villa no longer means filling in a form from scratch. Paste the link to the villa’s page on another site, for example the listing on your old website. TurizmPlus reads that page and prepares the details for you.

Who is it for?

Rental businesses moving their portfolio to TurizmPlus, or adding new villas often. One link replaces copying the same details from one site to another.

What comes in from the link?

• Basics: villa name, property type, city and district, and the address if the page states it.
• Descriptions: the page’s descriptions, in the page’s own language.
• Capacity: guests, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and floor area.
• Amenities and rules: amenities, check-in and check-out times, basic house rules.
• Photos: the page’s gallery. You choose which ones to keep.

Prices, calendars, fees, deposits and cancellation policies are not imported. You set those as usual.

You have the final say

Every value shows a label: Found on page, Needs review or Not provided. You can see where on the page each value came from.

The system does not guess. If the page says “1.5 bathrooms”, it won’t round the number; it asks you to choose. “Sleeps eight” does not become eight beds. Missing details stay empty until you fill them in.

The villa is always saved as a draft. Publishing stays your decision.

How to use it

1. On the new villa screen, click Import from link.
2. Paste the link to one villa’s page, not a whole website.
3. Review the details, correct them and fill in anything missing.
4. Click Use these details to move them into the villa form, then save the draft.
5. Pick the photos you want. Your photo choice stays open for 24 hours; after that, just import the link again.

Some sites block automated access. When that happens, the system tells you clearly instead of treating the page as a villa.
