Start vacation-rental SEO by looking at the accommodation you sell alongside the pages you already have. A destination page helps guests compare properties. An individual property page describes a single property and its booking conditions. Reusing the same description for both makes it harder to choose.

TurizmPlus SEO provides keyword research, competitor analysis and site audits to help you decide which page deserves attention first.

Match the search to the page

These examples illustrate a method. They do not establish search volume or assume that your business offers these properties.

Example search Suitable page Question the page should answer
Kalkan villa rental A collection of properties in Kalkan Which villas can I choose from?
Six-person villa in Kalkan A collection of real properties with that capacity Which options fit our family or group?
A specific villa’s name That property’s detail page What are its facilities and booking conditions?
Family holidays in Kalkan A destination guide What should we know when planning a trip with children?

Before creating a separate page for a feature, check that you have enough relevant properties. Repeating one villa across several near-identical collections does not give guests a useful comparison.

Research the customer’s search market

Research Turkish queries for customers searching in Turkish, and choose the relevant country and language for guests from Germany or another market. The property’s location and the customer’s search market can differ.

In TurizmPlus SEO, examine volume, competition and intent where the data source provides them. When monthly search history is available, use it to investigate changes in interest. High volume does not establish that a keyword fits your business or will generate bookings.

You can ask the assistant:

“We rent family-friendly villas in Kalkan. Use our existing destination and property pages to group keywords for research. For any suggested new page, list the product facts we need to verify.”

Choose an existing page for the first improvement

Begin with one destination collection and a few important property pages. In connected Search Console data, check which pages receive impressions and clicks. Review their title and link issues in the site audit.

If a collection’s title is vague, prepare a clearer title describing the real options. If links to individual villas are missing, add them. Record what you change and when, rather than changing everything at once.

Check property facts before publishing

Capacity, sleeping arrangements, pool use and additional charges should agree with your business records. Verify descriptions such as “pool shielded from outside view” or “walking distance to the beach.” Ask the AI assistant to flag missing facts in its draft.

After publication, review search performance across comparable periods. Consider seasonality, prices and availability as well. Do not attribute every traffic change to one edit.
